Every purchase order placed on the BEX shall be delivered according to the BEX shipping Policy as under -
- Order receiving.
- When one of your customers places an order, an order will be generated within the BEX Vendor panel and a Mail notification, as well as message notification, will be sent to the Vendor.
- Following which the vendor needs to make sure that Vendor constantly reviews the status on the BEX Vendor panel until the product has been dispatched.
- Order picking.
- Once BEX 3PL reviews your order, you will receive a pick-up schedule on the Vendor panel, in addition, a packing slip will be generated which is to be downloaded and stuck to the Package containing the Product. Also depending on sales volume, BEX can choose to select different methods (Bulk Shipping, Batch Shipping) to dispatch your order and this will be intimated to you on the Vendor Panel and a relevant processing time will be allotted to take care of the packaging. You must ensure that your order is ready for pickup according to the schedule set by us. In the event of a discrepancy or delay, we should be notified well in advance of the scheduled pick-up time.
- Order packing.
The Vendor shall handle the packaging and labelling strictly adhering to the Packing and labelling format so stipulated by us.
- The Invoice generated by our system in the Vendor panel should be downloaded and printed and a copy of which is to be included within the package.
- The package should be Clean
- Vendor should take care of packaging.
- The order goes to a packing station, where your team packs it securely, seals it and labels it for shipping. Packaging station shall own, maintain and be supervised by accountable individual at all times.
- Order shipping.
- Your team should then sort orders and make them ready for pick up as per the pick up scheduled date and time mentioned in BEX Vendor Panel.
- BEX retains the authority to make changes in the shipping and packaging process and format. The same shall be prospectively applicable within __15__ days of such intimation of changes to the Vendor.
- They should also keep their stock updated. Failing to deliver after updating stock will attract penalties and visibility on our channels.
- Dispatch should be processed within 24 hours to 72 business hours.
- If not dispatched within 72 hours, then it will affect the ranking of the seller.
- And as per ranking their visibility on the channels will decrease.
- Ranking of vendor will be calculated based on sales, Based on Reviews and Based on performance (Logistics error- Pick up exceptions- Not keeping the product ready before pick up, Shabby Packaging, wrong labelling, weight discrepancy, volume discrepancy, too many Returns, Quality issues)
- Any logistics error shall cause rescheduling of the order pick up by the next 24 hours to 72 business hours with the corrections suggested by BEX. No more than 3 times order can be rescheduled, such order shall get automatically transferred to the BEX for packaging which charges shall be levied to the Vendor, if not cancelled by the Vendor. Such Packaging charges shall be paid as per (BEX Promise Subscription) Fee Payment Closing.
- Labels generated by our system containing the BEX Logo are to be stuck on the package and as per Packaging Format by the vendor.
- Packaging should be done in a way to reduce the potential to damage to the products.
The Vendors should mandatorily deliver and ship their products through BEX delivery partners only. The Charges for the same shall be paid at the time of the billing cycle.
BEX SHIPPING PLANS
The BEX Vendors are offered two types of shipping patterns to be chosen by the Vendor as per their requirement -
- Easy Ship Subscription
- BEX Promise Subscription
EASY SHIP SUBSCRIPTION
Warehousing & Storage - The storage and warehousing responsibility remains with the Vendors at all times, from where the purchase orders placed on BEX shall be collected by the BEX partners. In this case, the vendor has to register his warehouse along with available products and their stock. Upon request by the Vendor for the warehouse facility, the products from the Vendor shall be transported, loaded and unloaded, at the cost of the logistics to the BEX Promise Outlet.
Product packaging - The Packaging and labelling of the purchase orders shall be done by the Vendor appropriately as per norms and instructions issued by us, within the stipulated time and shall be kept ready for the Pick up by BEX partners. It is important to ensure that the product is packaged securely for transit and that the overall weight of the product does not cause a discrepancy with the Bex Partner scale.
BEX Promise Subscription
Warehousing & Storage -The storage and warehousing responsibility be of BEX at all times. The Vendor shall stock its products in the warehouse /storage facility belonging to the BEX. The vendor needs to register his GSTIN with the BEX warehouse. When the vendor stores his products with BEX then he will be charged separately for storage on monthly basis (per-cubic meters/Month). Vendors must choose a warehouse/ city to which they will send their stock and then submit it through the Vendor Panel. The payment for the warehouse facility shall be done monthly.
Product packaging -Packing and labelling of purchase orders shall be done by BEX on behalf of vendors. Charges for the same shall be made at the time of delivery. After which the order will be picked up by the BEX partner.
Unsubscription of Plan - In case if the subscription chooses to unsubscribe his product from BEX Promise Subscription Pan, then BEX will access the remaining stock and ship it back to the vendor and for this, he will be billed accordingly as per the logistics. The Charges for the unutilised services shall be deducted pro-rata.
In BEX Promise Subscription, Vendors can choose to go on a special agreement for specific products with BEX and have special privileges to increase their sales.
BEX Promise Products may have to go through the same approval process as Easy Ship.
BEX Promise Subscription will be product-based which means vendor has free choice to choose which product to be subscribed for BEXPromise service.
(BEX Promise Subscription) Fee Payment Closing -
(Bank Settlement Fees)- Cycle is 15 Days
Fees to be settled with the BEX Promise Subscription vendor will take place once in 15 days, also if the BEX promise vendor needs to withdraw at any moment in between then he can raise a request to do so, and the request will be processed in 12 hours.

Working Hours and days -
The National public Holidays including Sundays and state public holidays shall/shall not apply to the Vendors, BEX partners or BEX. All the business transactions and activities with the Vendors shall be done within the Business hours from 9:00am to 6:00pm. Any business transaction or activities shall automatically shift to the next working day.
Transit Associated risks -
The Vendor warrants not to hold the BEX responsible for the loss or damage arising due to shipment including lost goods, damage to the product and packaging in transit, wrong shipments and delivery, return orders not reaching the Vendor etc. You agree that you are purchasing third party carrier services and bound by the terms and conditions of such third-party carrier service.
BEX as an independent entity - BEX reiterates that the BEX is a mere facilitator among the users of the BEX web application BEX shall not be made liable for any non-performance, negligence, delay damage, loss, liabilities arising out of the transaction between Vendor and the Logistics, Packaging, Warehousing BEX partners. The BEX Partners are independent contractors and not the employee, agent, joint venture with BEX.
- All individual SKU items must be contained within a single package, including multiple volume of essential products.
- Any BNSKU used by the seller must correspond to one unique product, including assortments that should have a unique BNSKU per assortment type.
- All products must be labeled with one scannable BNSKU on the outside of each shippable unit of the product. Human readable UPC/ISBN/EAN numbers should be included on the label as well. The Label should be on the exterior of the product in an easily accessed and scannable location.
- For box labels, make sure you use A4 size paper, the right printer and ink quality to avoid rejections or delay while in-warding at the BPO.
- Should use a good quality printer enough to hold the ink.
- We recommend sellers to use sticky sheets as well.so the paper quality is of high standard. In situations where you do not have access to sticky paper, make sure to use clean prints.
- Safety - You are required to use safety knives with covered blades in packing and distribution of BEX deliveries to prevent sharp objects such as blades being accidentally left in cartons and products that are liable to cause injury to BEX Associates or BEX customers.
- Sharp/Hazardous or Damage Prone Items - BEX reserves the right to specify products needing additional protective packaging in order to preserve the integrity of the product throughout the promise process. Products sensitive to dust, dirt or humidity must be protected by transparent poly bags. Any product having the following attributes delivered to the BPO with inadequate or non-compliant packaging will be refused or repackaged by BEX at the seller's expense and may be subject to non-compliance fees.
Note: When items are purchased, they are shipped out in the packaging in which you sent them to our fulfilment centre. No additional packing is done to your products. Make sure your items are packed securely to prevent damage.
